Return & Refund Policy

Shopping should feel risk-free. That is why Ella & Kate Chicago offers a straightforward 30-day return window on all orders. If something is not working for you, we will sort it out.

How Returns Work

Reach out to us at info@ellakatechicago.com with your order number. Once we review and approve your return, you will receive step-by-step instructions on how to send the item back. Packages returned without prior approval will unfortunately not be accepted.

What We Accept

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition they arrived in, including all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns that show evidence of use or damage.

Return Shipping

Customers cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, incorrect, or arrived damaged. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no charge to you. For orders containing multiple items, all pieces must generally be returned together.

Received the Wrong Item or Something Damaged

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Reach out to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. If your item is confirmed as defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement free of charge and cover all return shipping costs, no questions asked.

Refunds

As soon as your returned item arrives and passes our quality check, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for this to be completed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
